Our Vegan menu is inspired by various international cuisines. We endeavour to use exclusively seasonal, locally produced chemical free or organic fresh produce.
Our espresso is second to none, our champion baristas will create wondrous bean alchemy before your beautiful eyes.
With everything we do we try to minimise our carbon footprint. All of our serving cutlery and crockery is biodegradable. Our purchases are aimed at waste minimisation by buying bulk with less packaging. We strive to use locally produced seasonal ingredients as much as possible. If it fits with the “locally produced” policy, we buy organic products.
